Item: 83 Description: CD 162 H.G. CO. (070) Glowing Peacock Blue. For me, “peacock blue” is the hardest color to accurately photograph. This insulator looks much nicer in person than my feeble efforts to capture its true color. View 3 is perhaps the closest to accurate. Grade B: Three small inner skirt chips; small & shallow bruise at the base of a seam line; small paper-thin flake below the “P” in View 2; small base flake damages two drip points; another 15 or so drips are flaked or partially flaked. But this insulator is all about the color… and it won’t disappoint in that regard. Estimate: $300 - $400 Open: $220 Price realized: $430 |
