Item: 267 Description: CD 293 Locke (020) Blue with Substantial Milk Swirls. Lots of embossing on this one. The front reads, “FRED M. LOCKE VICTOR N.Y. / PATD MAY 22-94 NOVE. 24-96 DEC. 15-96”. The reverse: “SEP’T. 28-97 OTHER PAT’S PENDING”. Grade B: No significant chips nor flakes. The middle skirt has two open bubbles with adjacent flaking; plus a shallow flake and nibbles on inside edge of middle skirt; nibbles / small flakes on inside edge of outer skirt.
