Item: 157 Description: U-1367 No Markings White Porcelain Beehive from Canada. Has several interesting factory-produced imperfections. The indention on the base in View 2 is not a chip but a spot where something apparently bumped the porcelain before it was fired in the kiln. If you look close at View 1, you can see a wavy pattern where it looks like different globs of porcelain were blended together in forming the insulator. There are other pre-firing flaws on the base and inner skirt. Grade A: No damage from usage. Estimate: $30 - $40 Open: $15 |
