Item: 140 Description: CD 589 IIO (Russia) Green Aqua. This is a scarce Russian insulator. Its desirability is enhanced by the presence of drip points. Some examples have much more extensive embossing and the date 1916 (pre-revolution). Grade B-Plus: Shallow, flat, base flake removes three drip points. A couple other drips are blunted.
